Booking Terms

Thank you for choosing Comfortscape for your accommodation needs. Please review the following booking terms before confirming your reservation:


  1. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from Comfortscape. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
  2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon checkout.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made [30] days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to [50]% of the total booking amount.
  4. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is [15:00] and check-out time is [10:00]. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
  5. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Any missing items or damages will be charged to the guest’s account.
  6. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each accommodation unit is specified in the booking details. Additional guests may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
  7. House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules and regulations outlined by Comfortscape. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund
  8. Insurance: Comfortscape is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend securing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
  9. Force Majeure: Comfortscape reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or property damage.
  10. Privacy Policy: By making a reservation with Comfortscape, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
  11. Additional Services: Additional services such as airport transfers, tours, or meal packages may be arranged upon request. Please contact our reservations team for more information. Deposits of £200 to be taken per reservation and refunded upon check out given there is no damage. Also, for longer term bookings beyond 14 days, cleaning and fresh linen can be provided. Wifi is complementary in all properties
