With 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom & a sofa bed in the living room. This property comfortably sleeps a minimum of 5 sleepers. If requested the sofa bed can be made ready to squeeze in more sleepers. Perfect for families visiting Swansea, attending events, or staying in this area temporarily.

This property is on the edge of the Gower Peninsula (Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), so day-trips to beaches, coves and coastal walks are right on the menu. Access to the beach and promenade within minutes means our guests can step out for sunrise coffee, afternoon ice cream, and sunset cocktails by the sea.

Easy access by car or public transit to Swansea and the rest of South Wales, but the property’s setting provides a “get-away from it all” feel for short and mid-term stays.

Had everything we needed for a few nights in the Mumbles. Good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Great layout for friends and family to enjoy together. Well equipped. Stylish layout with attention to detail. Lots of extras provided such soaps, biscuits, tea & coffee. Great people managing the rental - friendly and attentive. Perfectly central to the village, shops and restaurants. It is a hidden jewel in the Mumbles village.

Excellent few days in the Mumbles with the family. Really good location - quiet street, but with everything Mumbles has to offer only a short walk away and with the amazing beaches of the Gower close by. The house was clean and spacious, with lots of really nice touches - including Karina having left us lots of toys for our young daughter. Karina was an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was a comfortable one. Hope to be back!

Great stay for two nights. Beach, local shops, coffee shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. Karina communicated throughout the stay checking we had everything we needed. The teens loved the chocolate left for us - thank you! Bed was very comfortable and the lounge was very relaxing for a movie night on one of the nights. Would recommend to anyone visiting Mumbles/Swansea - you could even walk to Swansea town if you really wanted to stretch the legs. Overall a lovely stay.

Quiet location, 3 mins from the beautiful seafront with incredible views across the bay.
Karina was always prompt and helpful, and the home was perfectly clean and well equipped.

You will have exclusive, private access to the entire house, which includes all three bedrooms, the living areas, and the kitchen. We’ll provide you with clear instructions before your arrival. As easy-going hosts, we’re pleased to follow our guests' preferences. We’re available 24/7 at the end of the phone and will do our utmost to ensure you have a perfect stay.
