Plenty of space for our family of 4. It is very close to the village centre, park and beaches. You cannot park your car by the house since the street is relatively narrow, but we parked easily on the recommended free spot (around 50m from the house).

This place was so well situated in Mumbles, it had everything you would need. Karina was super fast at communicating and on hand for any issues. We found the hill okay but would deffo be an issue for mobility issues. It was a quiet street, and a decent size so we werent on top of each other. Would go again!

We had a great stay. We loved the house and the surroundings. We had a great time with our to small kids. The host set up everything so we felt right at home when arriving.

Lovely little quirky cottage. It was always lovely and warm and a comfortable sleep. Karina left us some little treats which were really appreciated. She was also easy to reach when we had a few questions. Parking is a couple of minutes away but people will wait as you load and unload your car. The coastal path is 10 minutes away, easy to find and a great walk. There are some lovely places to eat and have coffee. If you're walking be prepared the walk back is a little steep but manageable.

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous little cottage with some friends in the heart of Mumbles. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach as well as lots of great local shops and restaurants.
The cottage itself was very clean, cosy, and had some really thoughtful touches, including chocolates waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely surprise. It was also very dog friendly, which made our stay even better.
The host was fantastic – very communicative and always quick to respond, which made everything really easy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back again!

We had the most amazing long weekend! 3 adults stayed in this cosy quirky cottage. Karina the host was so kind, friendly and helpful. Even inviting my daughter, who is at the university, to a community Sunday lunch if she is ever feeling a little hungry or lonely! The cottage was clean, warm and with plenty of hot water. The bedrooms are very cosy and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. We would not hesitate to book Karina's property again , we will definitely be back!

Quirky cottage with lovely features. Downstairs shower room especially lovely. Karina and Sam very responsive and got back to us immediately with the couple of small queries we had. Fantastic area with amazing views, beautiful beaches and dog walking nearby.
